Well organised, with an easily navigable, uncluttered layout decked out in striking black, white and red, this website oozes enthusiasm for film. It actually feels like the website exists to encourage you to watch and enjoy more movies more easily and making a profit is secondary (the clue is in the name). This ethos carries through to LOVEFilm's customer service, which is generally reputed to be second to none. The rental section is only one aspect of the website, which also offers all the chat, charts, rants and raves about the world of film you could ever wish to see. All this extra good stuff makes the site a highly browsable source of internet entertainment as well as a useful guide to which DVDs you might enjoy based on your existing tastes.
